SPAK Interests, Inc. was formed in 1991. This family-owned business began as a small investment real estate firm meant for investment in real estate. We continued to be an investment real estate firm until 2005. The company then went onto a brief hiatus when one of its principals Pius Leung was recruited back into the corporate world joining ARGUS Software, the standard provider of investment management solutions in the commercial real estate industry. 

After gaining bountiful corporate experience with a global firm including leading the firm into both the Japanese and Chinese markets, as well as the acquisition of a major European competitor to establish a strong EU presence, Mr. Leung decide to bring his experience back to SPAK Interests, Inc. in an effort to provide top notch real estate knowledge and service to others.

Beginning in 2013, SPAK Interests, Inc. began to be active once more with a different approach and purpose in comparison to 1991.
